It’s was because the app was not up to date on my phone. It was okay after update.
I ask a dev of the team for help because I was blocked.
Maybe warn the user that his app is not up to date would help him.

You’re right, sometimes, you must update before using the application, and you’re not aware of it 
We have a user story about that, so you’ll see it when it will be ready 
In this case, as written, you just have to restart the application (the update was done in background asynchronously).
