OPS tips: Get UNS-Core version of a running node

Get version with ssh access

Uns version has been added in docker image labels. see https://docs.uns.network/uns-network-guides/docker-compose-management.html#get-uns-core-version-from-docker-image
Based on this, uns core version is easily “grepable”. I use the following cmd:

sudo docker image inspect universalnamesystem/core:livenet | grep -m1 '\.version'

Get version from REST API:

Every nodes can be accessed through a rest Api running on port 4003.
The following route displays many configuration information of your running node in JSON format:

http://<your_ip>:4003/api/node/configuration

I recommend to install a JSON formatter extension in your browser to be able to read it directly!

Here is an exemple from my node:
http://peterpeter.bzh:4003/api/node/configuration
