UNS Core 5.5.x on SANDBOX network

UNS 5.5.x is available for installation on SANDBOX network nodes.

A dedicated post will be released to explain the new features of this release.

:interrobang: What do I have to do if I’m @network_player on SANDBOX?

UNS v5.4.0 will be enforced by a milestone on SANDBOX on block 1,567,130 (~ 2020-10-30T17:00:00Z)

UNS.network delegate on SANDBOX, please update quickly :muscle:

To update it, launch this command:

 $ sudo docker-compose pull && sudo docker-compose up -d --remove-orphans

:interrobang: What do I have to do if I’m @network_player on LIVENET?

So far, nothing. Nevertheless, the steps taken on the SANDBOX will be the same for the LIVENET within a few days if all the tests are conclusive.

It may therefore be interesting to follow these steps.

Is there a way to check the UNS version without stopping/restarting the container? How to check the image version of a container?

i use this command:

docker logs uns-livenet | grep uns-core

Otherwise you can access it through the rest api of your node on this route:

the forwarding for port 4003 must be enabled in your docker-compose
exemple here:

That’s perfect, thanks!

UNS 5.5.0 is now enforced on Sandbox network.

For information, UNS 5.5.x is planned on Livenet network for next week, after a testing campaign on Sandbox.
